Additionally, the lounge is the home of a fully equipped podcast studio, offering the perfect space for local community members and aspiring creators to record professional-quality audio voiceovers and commentary.

Leased in conjunction with the adjacent Social Roost Lounge, guests will have ample space and access to a catering kitchen. Whether you're planning a special celebration, educational workshop, or creative showcase, the Front Porch offers a warm and inviting atmosphere to bring your vision to life. Come experience the endless possibilities of this unique community hub.

The Backyard Garden
Urban + Rural’s Backyard offers a one-of-a-kind, intimate outdoor setting perfect for those seeking a unique event space under majestic oak trees. As one of the few open-air venues in the area, the Backyard promises an unforgettable experience in a charming, secluded oasis. This private, tranquil space provides the ideal backdrop for any special occasion, from weddings and corporate gatherings to private parties and community events. Immerse your guests in the serene, natural ambiance of the Backyard, where the stresses of everyday life fade away. The Backyard is currently undergoing renovation to enhance its southern ambiance. It will be ready to lease by February 22, 2025.

Availability is based on the lease purpose, lease space, and lease headcount.
After the rental period has concluded, the renter is kindly requested to ensure the venue is left in the same pristine condition as when the rental began. This straightforward cleanup responsibility helps maintain the venue for all guests.
